Welcome to the Multiverse
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE THE MULTIVERSE CREATES A BIG BANG IN THE METROPLEX High fantasy and adventure specialists open a retail store for comic and gaming enthusiasts. Hurst, Texas – (August 21, 2017) – The Multiverse, Entertainment Emporium LLC, a new company devoted to the collectors and consumers of comics, games, and other pop culture memorabilia, is proud to announce the debut of its first retail store in Hurst, TX with the opening of The Multiverse – Comics, Collectibles, & Games at 431 W. Bedford Euless Rd Ste B. With designs on bringing comics and table- top gaming to more families in the metroplex, The Multiverse will celebrate an official grand opening on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Septemver 15-17. There will be a soft opening on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2017. “We are looking forward to bringing new aspects of tabletop gaming to the local community,” says Harvey Moreno, president of TMEE. “Games have changed dramatically since we were kids. With the advent of 3D printing and crowdsourcing platforms such as Kickstarter and Indiegogo, anyone with an imagination and a little drive can create and bring a game to market. It’s our desire to find those games and get them to the hands of gamers in our community.” The Multiverse – Comics, Collectibles, & Games may be a new store, but minds behind it have a rich background in gaming and comic collecting. Immediate plans include regular game nights and intro- ductory classes on popular collectible card games (e.g. Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!). There will also be Dungeon Master workshops for those interested in taking the next step in their Dungeons & Dragons adventures; game design workshops for gamers who have an idea but are not quite sure how to turn it into something tangible; and tutorials for taking a design from your imagination to a 3D printed miniature play piece.
